SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and submitting an application on gr8ttek.com, you agree to receive SMS messages from Gr8ttek related to your application status, onboarding, and hiring process.
- Message frequency: Varies based on your application progress. Typically 3 to 10 messages during the hiring process.
- Message and data rates: Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future SMS. Reply HELP for help.
- Mobile information sharing: We do not share your mobile opt-in data or phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to facilitate our hiring and onboarding communications.
How We Share Your Information
We share your information only as necessary to deliver our hiring services. This includes:
- Applicant tracking system: JazzHR, which stores your application and communication history
- Background check provider: Checkr, Inc., for legally compliant background screening
- Payroll provider: Patriot Software, if you are hired, for payroll processing
- Service partners: Field service companies (such as WWTS and Hemmersbach) you are placed with upon hire
- Legal and regulatory authorities: Where required by law
We do not sell your personal information.
Data Retention
We retain applicant and employee information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and in compliance with applicable law. Compliance records (including background check records, FCRA notices, and e-signature records) are retained for a minimum of two years.
