As founding owner and president of Plano-based Red Knight Solutions, LLC, Traci guides her organization in its mission to create an arsenal of customized, strategic solutions that enable their clients to move toward business transformation. Traci brings a wealth of entrepreneurial, strategic marketing and business leadership expertise to every client engagement. She is known and respected for building collaborative relationships with executive teams that result in highly effective go-to-market, messaging / positioning, corporate culture and customer experience strategies. 

Lanny Morrow

Vp of Operations

Lanny Morrow currently serves as Vice president of Operations of Red Knight Business Group and is a co-founder of the company.   In the last 20 years, he has established a proven track record of generating profitable growth for a wide range of IT staffing and consulting organizations. Lanny has held leadership roles in a number of high-performance IT sales and recruiting teams where he established a reputation for being a team player and delivering results.

Marsha Drake

Director Human Resources

Marsha Drake has served as Human Resources Director of RKS since 2015. She began at RKS part time, helping to solidify our processes. From 2006 to 20014 she held the position of Director of the Human Resources Department of the Italian corporation, Cuomo and oversaw the initial formation of that department. Ms. Drake maintains an active membership in the Texas Municipal Human Resources Association.
