Gr8ttek provides recruiting, hiring, and onboarding services for field service technicians. Our services include job posting, applicant screening, background checks (via Checkr), employment onboarding, and payroll setup (via Patriot Software).
Applicant Responsibilities
When applying for a position with Gr8ttek, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information on your application
- Promptly respond to our communications during the hiring process
- Consent to a background check and employment eligibility verification as part of our standard hiring process
- Comply with all applicable laws during your employment
SMS and Electronic Communications
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Gr8ttek related to your application, onboarding, and employment status.
- Message frequency: Varies; typically 3 to 10 messages during the hiring process
- Message and data rates: Standard carrier rates may apply
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- No third-party sharing: We do not share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Background Checks
Background checks are conducted by Checkr, Inc. in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws. You will receive separate disclosures and authorization forms from Checkr as part of this process.
